We are seeking a Live Chat Agent to join our team. The role involves assisting customers via chat, answering product queries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. Key responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Process orders and handle transaction-related queries. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and conflicts. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and service policies. Document interactions and update customer records as needed. Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or live chat environment. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously. Proficiency with chat software and CRM tools.
