Position Summary: Receives and stores perishable and dry goods items. Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7 am - 3:45 pm, Friday 9 am - 2:30 pm
Stores perishable and dry goods items, ensuring accuracy of the FIFO system. Segregates dented cans and outdated items. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms organized. Communicates with managerial staff about any storage issues, inventory, or damaged merchandise. Conducts inventories as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma. 2 to 4 years of related experience is required. Knowledge of Kosher dietary laws is also preferred.
Good organizational skills. Must be able to handle food according to established sanitary guidelines. Speaks to clients and colleagues in a respectful and thoughtful manner. Provides excellent customer service. Creative thinker with original ideas.
Grade 51199 New Hire rate: $28.06 and 1199 One Year of Service rate: $28.63
